Children receive one-on-one CIMT protocol with their dedicated occupational or physical therapist. They also have the opportunity to join a few combined group activities — we find that time around other children with similar
challenges builds motivation and confidence.
Additional aqua therapy sessions are available upon request.
Powerhouse Therapy now runs as a boutique program rather than a traditional camp. We take a limited number of children at a time, matched to therapist availability. Sessions are concentrated in the summer, with additional
openings offered throughout the year as therapists become available. Because spots are limited, we encourage families to start the consultation process as early as possible.

Session Information
Four-week CIMT/Bi-manual Program
Three weeks of CIMT followed by one week of bi-manual therapy. Typically scheduled during the summer — contact us to discuss current availability.
Three-week Upper Extremity CIMT Program
Five days a week, three hours daily. Children wear a removable cast on the dominant/stronger arm for the duration of the program. Morning and afternoon session times available — contact us to discuss current availability.
Lower Extremity CIMT Program
2- or 3-week PT CIMT intensives — call for more information.
Two-week Brush-up program
2-week brush-ups, and 2-week CIMT followed by 1-week bilateral therapy, available upon request and therapist availability.
Optional aqua therapy is offered upon request(limited sessions available).
Insurance and Payment Information
Insurance & Registration Information
Powerhouse Therapy is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Tricare. All other insurance companies are out of network. We will be happy to run your benefits to see what your coverage will be for our program. Cost of the program is also accepted with HSA.
Fill out and sign Registration Form, Emergency Medical Release, Medical Referral Form, and Consent to treat. Return Insurance form if you would like to bill insurance.
Payment Information
A $1,100 deposit is due at the time of registration, which includes a $100 application fee. Your deposit and all forms listed above are due at the time of registration and will ensure your child’s spot in our program.
