Children receive one on one CIMT protocol with their occupational therapist. In addition, they have the opportunity to participate in a few combined group games and activities. We see that being around other children with similar challenges motivates children, and builds confidence.
Powerhouse Therapy is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Tricare. All other insurance companies are out of network. We will be happy to run your benefits to see what your coverage will be for our program. The cost of the program is also accepted with HSA.

Session Information
Four-week CIMT/Bi-manual Program
Three weeks CIMT followed by one-week bi-manual therapy
May 29th-June 23rd, 2023
Session 1 — 8:30-11:30
Session 2 — 12:00-3:00
Three-week CIMT Program
Three weeks of CIMT, 5 days per week for 3 hours daily. Children wear a removable cast (24/7) on the dominant strong arm for 3 weeks.
Option 1: May 29th-June 16th 2023

Lower Extremity CIMT Program
Intensive therapy for 3 weeks, 5 days per week for 3 hours daily. Children participate in repetitive functional activities, working towards overcoming "learned misuse" and correcting inadequate lower extremity movement patterns.

Monday – Friday 12:00-3:00
Those that have completed an upper extremity 3 or 4-week CIMT program are eligible for a 2-week upper extremity brush-up followed by a 3-week lower-extremity CIMT program.
Two-week Brush-up program
2-week brush-up sessions are available for those who have participated in a previous CIMT program.
Optional PT consult to help correct repetitive misuse of lower extremity.
Optional aqua therapy is offered during the bimanual week to improve strength and coordination of upper and lower extremities.

Payment Information
A $1,075 deposit is due at the time of registration, which includes a $75 application fee. Your deposit and all forms listed above are due at the time of registration and will ensure your child’s spot in our program.
